LEFT - 1: Holding your arm flat and in front of you, grasp the end of the bracelet between your thumb and index finger and align it just above your wrist bone to the outside of your arm.

BELOW - 2: Reach all the way under your arm and position the end of the bracelet between the two bones of the arm, lift straight up so the end of the bracelet sinks into the soft tissue of the arm.

ABOVE RIGHT - (Do Not Turn Arm Over to see the under side, because when you twist your arm the bones inside twist making it harder to put the bracelet on.)

LEFT - 3: While still holding your arm flat and lifting up on the bracelet, start rolling it over your arm lifting up enough that it is sinking into the soft tissue under your arm so it doesn't scrape the top of your arm as you roll it over your lower arm.

LEFT - 4: Continue rolling bracelet until it's has wrapped around your arm evenly now slide it forward over and beyond the wrist bone if possible, gravity will take it forward when your arm hangs anyway. If it's worn above the wrist bone, when you turn your arm the bracelet will twist. Your bracelet should fit snug or loose but comfortably, depending on your preference.
